B. Degeest, Guest at Villa Salsuio Villa Karalis One is set in a small, quiet development, with well laid out gardens and an attractive, generously sized swimming pool. The accommodation is modern and generally very well fitted. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with excellent bathrooms and generous walk-in wardrobes. We found it very peaceful and slept well, sometimes late into the morning. The reception areas are comfortable, and though the kitchen is small it is very well equipped. But for us the best feature of the villa is its location, in easy reach of Chia and the roads which lead to the beautiful beaches and mountains beyond but also just a few minutes from Pula, with its excellent restaurants and facilities. And if not feeling like an expedition, there is a lovely beach within reasonable walking distance (or a short drive).

The Local Area
Villa Karalis is located just outside the charming town of Pula on Sardinia’s South West coast. The area is an ideal setting for a Mediterranean holiday and offers a good choice of excellent restaurants and pizzerias, supermarkets and boutiques.
Attractions in the local area include the Roman ruins at Nora (and accompanying museum in Pula), the BluFan water park and the Is Molas golf course which hosts the Italian Open every year. We can also arrange for water sports such as kite surfing, diving, wind surfing or boat charters as well as horse riding and cycling trips or wine and cheese tasting at a local vineyard and there are free open air concerts in Pula town square several times a week during the summer months.
The beaches in the area are among the best in the Mediterranean and boast silky white sand and clear blue seas. Chia, Nora and Tueredda are some of the best known but there are plenty of other sandy coves to choose from as well.
Cagliari, Sardinia's charming capital city is within easy reach by either car or public transport and offers visitors a choice of restaurants, art galleries, museums, botanical gardens, boutiques and buzzing nightlife.
