The situation in Is Morus was fantastic, and to be honest I thought you had underplayed this aspect - I had no idea it was in such close range of a private beach and hadn't really grasped the fact that it was set in a very safe gated environment where the kids could leave bicycles etc. The beach bar is an extra selling point - a kids' walk away for an ice-cream.
